DOT Physical: $100
- Required for commercial drivers, these exams assess a driver’s physical and mental health to ensure they meet the necessary safety standards.
DOT/Federal Drug Test: $80
- We offer a variety of drug testing services, including urine tests, to comply with employer requirements.
In-House Drug Test: $60
Pre-Employment Physical: $100
- Comprehensive physical examinations designed to assess an individual’s overall health and fitness for employment.
Tuberculin Skin Test: $75 (includes risk assessment, Step 1 placement, and Step 2 reading)
- Used to screen for tuberculosis infection.
Quantiferon Gold (TB Screening) only: $135
