Even if you don’t carry health insurance, you can still receive ongoing care through our yearly plan. For just $89 a month, you’ll be covered for six visits a year, including in-house testing. Get affordable peace of mind over the phone or in our office.

Pre-Employment Tests

Quick Phys Medical offers a comprehensive range of pre-employment services to ensure workplace safety and compliance.

DOT Physical: $100

Required for commercial drivers, these exams assess a driver’s physical and mental health to ensure they meet the necessary safety standards.

DOT/Federal Drug Test: $80

We offer a variety of drug testing services, including urine testing, to meet employer requirements.

In-House Drug Test: $60

Pre-Employment Physical: $100

Comprehensive physical examinations designed to assess an individual’s overall health and fitness for employment.

Tuberculin Skin Test: $70

(includes risk assessment, Step 1 placement, and Step 2 reading)

Used to screen for tuberculosis infection.

Quantiferon Gold (TB Screening) only: $135
